I'm 33 and live in the UK. I am bipolar, depressed, and otherwise generally angst for many reasons!
I've had a journal here before - but this time it's different because I've not told anyone it's here.
I figure that way that I can be who and what I am and no one will know or care about what I've written because I'm faceless.
I've felt trapped for some time again and I need it to stop.
